Julian’s optical career started at Caseco 25 years ago when he was hired as Caseco’s first UK sales representative. In 2013 he left to work as a global commercial lead for high-end independent brands, before starting a commercial and marketing consultancy. “It’s great to be back with Caseco and this amazing team. It is a pivotal time for the role of independent practice in the UK and there are many opportunities. Clare is our Operations Coordinator. She worked in retail management before studying as a mature student. After graduation she worked in social media marketing and then transferred to a career in optics. She established a new office and call centre at a busy optometrist and audiology practice. Clare next ran her own self-employed administration business and then brought her varied experience to Caseco's bespoke and stock fulfilment operations in 2022
